BWT is seeking an  executive level transportation leader with 15 years + experience in the transportation and logistics industry.  This individual will be responsible for $15M in revenue, 80 employees and terminals in Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA.

Position will manage all facets of transportation; ranging from P&L responsibilities and managing all functional areas within the transportation umbrella Eg. mechanic shops, customer relations, dispatchers, truck drivers and all day to day operations.

Ideal candidate will also have experience with refrigerated and dry van fleet operation and experience managing lower 48 drivers as well as local drivers.  Position will be based in Charlotte, NC but there will be 30{d2cee1da491e526329f4f426cb6e93c27239253809b52da9dc026c1dbaf4d06a} – 40{d2cee1da491e526329f4f426cb6e93c27239253809b52da9dc026c1dbaf4d06a} travel to various terminals within the Southeastern United States.
